Warranty & Return Policy – Patios

At Patios, we are committed to providing the highest standards of quality in all our outdoor furniture and garden sets. Below are the details of our warranty policy:

Lifetime Warranty on aluminum furniture against rust and manufacturing defects:

• Covers all aluminum frames used in garden sets and outdoor seating.

18-Month Warranty on treated iron furniture:

• Covers all iron frames against rust and manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Fabrics and cushions used in outdoor furniture

• Wooden parts, as their durability depends on usage and care by the customer

Free Maintenance:

• Patios offers free maintenance for all products (the customer only bears the actual cost of transportation and any materials used during the maintenance process)

• Available for all customers within the service coverage area

Return Policy:

• Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused

• Returns do not apply to products that have been assembled or used
